As a company policy, we do not hold anything in stock. Each piece is handcrafted. We believe in a ‘fair trade’ policy. Our artisans get paid every week as part of the livelihood skills training programmes we conduct for them. Since many pieces of furniture are made to your specific order, we require an advance amount to commence production.

The price is inclusive of taxes, but an additional 5% is applicable towards freight and handling charges.
Definitely! We are committed to meeting our customers’ requirements, and we show them a sample of their order upon payment of 75% of the bill amount. We proceed with the order only after the customer sends us a confirmation via email.
We bring the material to your doorstep, that’s how! We do not have a physical store, but we shall gladly accommodate our customers’ requests if they want to see and touch the stuff and examine the quality of the raw materials. This service is available for Bangalore-based customers only. If you’re located elsewhere, we’ll email you detailed images that will give you a sense of the quality.
Generally, our pan-India dispatches happen within 12 working days of receiving the advance amount. Delivery time is considered by road only. Lead time is 7-8 working days. For urgent deliveries, please write to info@pinkapple.co.in.
